“Phoenix Fan Dance” Amelie’s traditional act with flame coloured fans to the classic 30s standard “Minnie The Moocher”. Barefoot and demi-point, Amelie connects with her audience for an intriguing and bewitching dance.
“Somewhere” A lifelong devotion to The Wizard of Oz is celebrated with Amelie’s Dorothy tribute. From rainbows swirling way up high to trailing yellow brick roads, the act moves from aching loneliness to clowning at its cutest.
“Feelin Good” Amelie Soleil shows the world just how good she feels on the aerial loop. Suspended in the air, this flexible starlet moves and turns until finally she lets go in a flourish of silken fabric.
Amelie was recently on tour with Piff The Magic Dragon, appearing as ‘Miss Amy Sunshine – The Girl with the Dragon to-do list.’
In 2012, they headlined 9 nights at Sydney Opera House, opened for the UK tour of Mumford and Sons to over 22,000 people, and had their first major UK 30 date tour.
