Elvis Tribute – A true tribute to the King……..

Reliving the hip swivelling 50s, the movie years of the 60’s and all the way through to the Vegas years of the 70s, Gordon puts on an astounding show from a choice of 350+ songs and 35 stage costumes utilising a professional sound and lighting system.

In September 2007 Gordon was placed third in his first Elvis contest at The Porthcawl Elvis Festival in Wales (the biggest event of its kind in Europe) and the following year placed 2nd. In addition, the festival selected him as the best 68 Comeback Special artist. He was also the Elvis ETA of the month (December 2007) in England on the website of Rock Promotions. He has appeared on Maltese TV on numerous occasions and featured in many newspaper and magazine articles throughout Europe.

When he started his career Gordon committed himself to keeping the memory of Elvis alive amongst his fans. His resemblance to Elvis is remarkable; he does not wear any wigs etc. but relies purely on natural presentation and charisma that Elvis was renowned for.

Gordon Elvis was born in Naxxar, Malta in 1983 but now lives in England. Elvis for Gordon is someone very special. He has been listening to his singing from a young age and he admires him so much, not only as a great singer but for the kindness and love he showed towards people. His parents are both Elvis fans and they encouraged him to become an Elvis Tribute Artist. He is dedicated to his career and knows how to excite a crowd. Gordon’s first love is entertaining and he always reminds his audiences there is only one Elvis and that he can never be replaced. This is why Gordon has become known as A TRUE TRIBUTE TO THE KING.
