• Diablo. A rubber hourglass shape that spins on string. Basic control to advanced tricks (motor skills, hand-eye coordination, )
• Flower Sticks—One long stick is kept in the air with two hand sticks. Basic control to throwing and rotations. (balance, momentum, rhythm)
• Poi. Weighted streamers on strings ( Spatial and physical awareness)
• Pedal-go. Pedals on four wheels (Controlling speed of a movement, balance)a
• Stilts; Bucket, wooden hand held, plasterers and peg types (Balance, confidence)
• Unicycle (Dynamic Balance)
• Tightwire (Balance, Core Stability)
• Acrobalance (Balance, group work, trust)
• Trapeze (physical awareness, trust)
