Lindy Hoop:
Lindy hoop is a high energy, fun and stylish piece to a specially mixed Electro-Swing track – Electro-swing hula-hoop! Choreographed with authentic swing dance moves from world-class dancers in Melbourne, Australia. This 5 minute act culminates to a 50-hoop finale with shiny silver hoops.

B’Coz Comedy Cabaret Show:
The B’Coz Comedy Cabaret show can be 5 to 15 mintues long, or Loz can be your Compere or Mistress of Ceremonies for the evening.

The  5 minute version of the show contains a mixture of comic banter with the audience, bombastic hip-hop hoop dancing, and a nauseating lime green velour tracksuit… which comes off whilst hulahooping!

The full 15 minute show culminates with the help of two audience volunteers as Loz climbs atop them to simultaneously spin hoops whilst fire-eating!
For venues with no fire licence, Loz performs 5 hoops atop the two volunteers.

Glow Hoop:
Her eye-catching glowing LED hoops, dazzling costumes and exciting choreography never fail to delight audiences world-wide.
Loz performed glow hooping at the Amman festival in Jordan for 40 000 people and got a bigger cheer than the pop stars!

Fire Hoop:
Audiences are always amazed by Loz’s fire hulahooping skills! Five points of fire whirling around her body. It is simply mesmerising and not to be missed!

Brazilian Beats:
This act consists of slick hulahooping, high skilled, dynamic dance moves, and an energetic modern brazilian beats soundtrack.  It is 3 minutes and 30 seconds, with an optional 50-hoop finale with shiny silver hoops to make it a 5 minutes piece.

Contemporary Hoop Number: It’s Hard Having Fun:
This piece combines innovative hoop skills with Loz’s contemporary dance training. Loz has an elegant, smooth hula-hooping style, and this act was featured in the UK Circus Competition, Circus Maximus. Hosted by Udderbelly Productions and Circus Space.
This act is 5 minutes and 20 seconds, and requires a stage space of minimum 6mx4m
with 3m height.

Freestyle Hulahooping:
Loz is a world-class freestyle hulahooper, she teaches at international hulahoop conventions and workshops. Her style is fun, engaging, and inventive – always a talking point for any event or party.

Loz can perform freestyle hulahooping for 2x 30mins or 3x 20mins sets.

Streetshow:
Loz also performs fun and frolics in a festival style street show, entertaining audience members of all ages. A show of comedy prop-manipulation and stupendous hula-hooping skills!
To finish the show, two strong manly man-types must brave the stage and work together to build a death-defying, hoop-spinning and fire-eating, human pyramid.
Loz’s street show can be anything from 20 – 35 minutes.
