An accomplished ceramic sculptor who discovered the joys of working with sugar and cakes during 1992. Her superb modelling skills often feature heavily in the production of her unique, delicious cakes. The stunning modern wedding cakes are individually designed for each bridal couple.
Some of her commissions have come from corporate fields, with a copy of the MoonRaker shuttle for a James Bond theme hospitality event for British Telecom, where they entertained their premier worldwide corporate contacts. The unique corporate cake provided an eye catching display piece.
As well as working on commission and preparing for exhibitions, She is also a qualified sugar craft tutor; gives demonstrations and workshops in sugar and cake modelling.
