Tropical Sushi workshops are aimed to people interested in learning the art of making sushi, this lesson is taught by accomplished sushi chefs Ornela and Orlando Bianco, a successful sibling partnership established in 2005.

At Tropical Sushi they fuse tropical ingredients (e.g avocado, mangoes, plantains, coconut, and delicious home-made sauces) with Japanese techniques.

The workshops are aimed at team building corporate events, children workshops, schools, the ideas are endless as we can create bespoke workshops to whichever your needs!

This class includes:

• 2 – 3 hour sushi-making class.

• Preparation of sushi rice, different types of sushi, cutting techniques and presentation skills.
• You can choose if your class is beginner, intermediate or advanced

• Green tea will be provided throughout the lesson and Sake at the end of the session (optional)

• You’ll be able to eat the sushi at the end of the lesson
